Annual Student Registration Forms
State regulations require the completion and review of specific enrollment materials for all students in the Wenatchee School District each school year.
1. Complete Paper Forms
Physical paper packets will be distributed to students at the start of the school year. You can also Download & Print the Paper Packet (PDF) if you need an extra copy. Please fill out these forms and return them directly to your child's school.
2. Review Online Documents

3. Sign Acknowledgment
After submitting your paper forms and reviewing the online materials, please sign the acknowledgment section to confirm you have read and understood the information.
Harassment, Intimidation & Bullying (HIB)
Every student deserves to feel safe, supported, and respected at school. Wenatchee School District is committed to maintaining a learning environment free from harassment, intimidation, and bullying — and we take every report seriously.
Report a HIB Concern
If you or someone you know has experienced or witnessed harassment, intimidation, or bullying, we encourage you to report it. Reports can be made at any time. Learn more on our HIB website.
